Namlo views measuring the impact of our programs as paramount in how we manage ourselves and our activities. Not only do we make sure we count the “bricks and mortar” aspects of our work (such as building schools, water systems, kitchens, etc.) but we seek to understand the outcomes of such activities and the impact on the people we serve. Accordingly, we have established a monitoring and evaluation process that enables us to measure impact on incomes, agricultural productivity, gender balance, local contributions, educational performance, dietary diversity and the value of local participation and contributions. Here, you will be able to access our monthly program reports, and other documents to get a better understanding of the value of our work.
